Hello Fitness friends! Welcome back to my home. Alot has changed recently. I am now living in Charleston,SC. And for those of you who don't know yet, my husband and I are expecting a little girl by April!! Her name is Ayden Mikayla Nelson and we couldn't be more excited!!
